Goods will be posted within 3 working days of your order providing your credit card payment is approved.
Only items marked real leather are 100% leather.
Colours and shades may vary slightly from the photographs on the site.
Your payments are made through a secure system. We will never email you looking for further details by return email. We will either phone or ask you to go onto the site and email the missing details through the site.
All our cotton handkerchiefs are 100% cotton. We advise that you wash dark colours separately. There may be slight shrinkage on the first wash at the recommended temperature. A hotter wash WILL result in further shrinkage and will not be covered by any guarantee.
You have 14 days from receipt of goods to advise us of any damages, shortages, or if they are unsuitable. Any refunds will be processed to the card used for the purchase.
Carriage within the UK is at a standard rate. Outside the UK there are 3 charge zones.

We guarantee to refund the difference if you find any of our goods on anther retailer’s website at a lower price (including carriage charge). Special offers and sales are excluded from this promise.
